The Osteria ENOTECA DA Sasino (Osteria Enotecadasas) in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, is a self-sufficient restaurant that has a gourmet in Italian domestic and overseas that expresses the love of the hometown through the cuisine, utilizing the rich local ingredients A Italy restaurant where many customers come from both domestic and overseas to seek the taste.Most of the ingredients of the dish are self-sufficient, with the motto “Make what you can create yourself”.We do it ourselves from plowing the fields, including vegetables and fruits, to prosciutto, cheese and wine. The farm, which overlooks the peak and Iwaki Mountains, grows 40 to 50 kinds of vegetables and herbs.We also have a chicken for the egg.It started from the harvest of the vegetable in the field every morning.The menu is only a “leave course”, and the content changes according to the harvest of the day.

In the “Ristorante Dorada” in the Deep mountains, you can grow a variety of crops on your own farm, and sometimes parting beautifully the goats that you have caught in the neighborhood and cook them on the spot.Inspired by such a style, in Hirosaki, lived from an early age, the desire to do things only in the countryside became stronger, and I returned home in 2003 and opened “Osteria ENOTECA DA Sasino”.
